About Chandler Restoration Experts
Patrick Lee started Chandler Restoration Experts to serve homeowners and businesses right here in Chandler after seeing how monsoon rains and aging plumbing created recurring problems in Maricopa County homes. Operating from our base at 590 N Alma School Rd, we respond to water damage restoration and flood damage cleanup calls across Downtown Chandler, Ocotillo, Sun Lakes, and Chandler Heights, as well as nearby Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa.
Chandler's hot desert climate brings very hot summers that speed up mold growth after leaks and mild winters that still allow pipe bursts in older housing stock near the Chandler Fashion Center and Veterans Oasis Park. We focus on fast extraction and drying tailored to these conditions so properties in Sun Lakes or along Alma School Road do not face long-term issues.
Our schedule keeps us reachable Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, letting us meet customers at Chandler Center for the Arts events or handle after-hours emergencies without delay. Owner-operated means Patrick Lee oversees every job from initial inspection through final drying.
